We offer worldwide shipping on all of our products.
Depending on the shipping option selected:
With standard shipping, the orders usually arrive within 20 to 30 working days to most countries.
With DHL Express Shipping, the orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days to most countries. In times with much demand, it could take from 12 to 15 days.
We offer worldwide express shipping with DHL Express Shipping.
Due to Covid-19, the shipping time might be longer.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you're not happy with your item, please contact us so we can offer a solution to the matter and either send a replacement product or a refund.
To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item.
Our Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, and you haven't initiated a refund request via email, unfortunately we can’t offer neither a full nor a partial refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and your request to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request within 5 working days.
In case of a refund, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within the next 5 working days. Please note that it may take the bank up to 3 weeks to process this request. In case of any further delays, please reach out to us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When making a purchase on our website all expenses are charged in USD.
Our Refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, and you haven't initiated a refund request via email, unfortunately we can’t offer neither a full nor a partial refund or exchange.

Please ensure all orders placed on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavor to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
Please note our items are shipped worldwide which potentially could incur import taxes in some countries.
Please be aware of the laws in your own country and note that there may be duties which you will need to pay to receive your order. These duties are not imposed by us and we have no control over them.
We do not know the custom tax rates. It differs from a country to another based on the country's customs rules.
